Shipping Area

We currently offer delivery throughout Victoria, Australia only.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using refrigerated transport to ensure your Wagyu arrives fresh and in perfect condition.

Shipping Fee

A flat rate of $20 applies to all deliveries within Victoria.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are dispatched on date notified on Order Fulfilment Email
You will receive a confirmation with delivery details once your order is on its way.

Packaging

Your order is securely packed in temperature-controlled boxes designed to maintain freshness throughout transit.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the scheduled day.

  • If no one is home, your box will be left in a safe, shaded area (if deemed suitable by the driver).

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or spoiled items due to incorrect delivery details or unattended deliveries beyond the advised window.
