Mount Bolton Springs, near Ballarat, Victoria, is a tranquil sanctuary breeding ground for purebred premium Angus Beef, premium Wagyu Beef, and premium Australian White Lamb.
Founded by Susanne Dixon-Marro, a 4th generation farmer with origins from the family sheep grazing property near Edenhope, Vic, and her grandmother's cream dairy farm near Naracoorte, SA.
Maternal traits start with the owner
"If I put my innate maternal support into my herd, the natural growth takes care of itself! My first priority is the well-being of my animals. Here at Mount Bolton my happy, healthy herd roams and grazes freely on pastures cared for without the use of chemicals. My mission is to breed and raise the finest traditional grass-fed purebreds, to world's best food standards."
