Our Wagyu herd is supported by ownership of Full-blood Registered Wagyu Bull  'Mount Bolton Springs Gin 113.'

We are thrilled to have been able to acquire Full-blood genetics from Wyndford Itoguni 308H (Wagyu Australia top 1% marble score) for our breeding program.

Our Pure-blood Wagyu breeding program at Mount Bolton Springs is supported by our investment in top performing genetics.

Sire Genetics over our pure bred Wagyu herd include Michifuku, Terutani, Itoshigenami. 

The 2023 drop program include Sires: GIN113, IRONGATE MICHIFUKU M352 JNR P788, and  IRONGATE MICHIFUKU P1002

We breed Australian White Sheep,  held in high regard due to the excellent eating quality and hardy characteristics. Australian Whites are often referred to  as the ‘Wagyu of  lamb’ due to the  low fat melting point and outstanding tenderness.
