A few times a year, we offer exclusive packs of our premium Wagyu beef to retail customers.

These limited releases are not regularly available, so be sure to register your interest to avoid missing out.

We will have 10 x 10kg packs available for customers registered by 28 January 2025, with delivery scheduled for February 13, 2025. 

Each pack will include a selection of: 

Prime Cuts either Scotch Fillet, Porterhouse or Eye Fillet; 

Quality Roasts either Topside, Round, or Oyster Blade; and

Specialty Cuts includes either Osso Bucco, Ribs or Brisket

Hand Crafted Wagyu Sausages - Merlot and Cracked Pepper 1kg

Premium Wagyu Mince - 1kg

and costs only $475

(5kg Packs available at $250 which includes 1kg mince and 1kg sausages)

Our beef is processed humanely and hygienically by our certified butcher partners.

Each pack is vacuum-sealed, refrigerated, and delivered straight to your door. We offer free delivery within 30 kilometres of the Waubra/Ballarat region, and you can also pick up directly

from our Waubra farm.
